Attention Melbourne space community! As we gear up for the busy months of September to November, mark your calendars with these important dates. But there’s something even more crucial on our radar: fostering inclusivity within our industry.
What’s Happening? Australian Space Diversity Alliance is actively participating in the Diversity Council of Australia’s (DCA) Inclusive Employer Index. This cross-sector initiative aims to monitor progress since our Industry 2021 baseline was established. It’s a joint effort between peak organizations—including A/AA and SIAA—and business leaders, all working together on a common challenge.
How Can You Contribute? If your workplace falls within the Space, Spatial, or Surveying sectors, we invite you to complete the anonymous employee survey. Your insights matter! By participating, you’ll help us gather valuable data on the state of our industry. Plus, there’s an exciting incentive: survey participants have a chance to win a ticket to Locate25!
